Why can't white people just surrender their white privilege?

As a multiracial person I'm so tired of this bullshit.

For reference I am native American (Choctaw, Mohawk) creole/Haitian and Scandinavian. I also mostly appear as “white”.

That being said I have not experienced any of this so called White privilege. Cops have harassed me for no reason at all, I have been denied jobs I am very qualified for, I have been homeless, struggled with addiction, been falsely evicted simply for my sexual orientation. Not had educational opportunities handed out to everyone else like candy on Halloween, I've had to bust my ass to get what everyone else takes for granted. So maybe the reason people don't give up their white privilege because it doesn't exist. Class privilege sure, hell if we being real if I looked more like the black side of my family I would have been given a scholarship and not had to claw my way to “average” so don't give me that bullshit.

From an axiology/value theory point of view, how can one say that a diverse society is better than a uniform one, especially given the negative effects of diversity (racism, sectarian conflict, problems arising from extreme cultural relativism)?
